An apartment-type hostel that is limited to one group per day and is located in the annex of Guest House Tomaru.
You can spend a relaxing time with your family, friends or couples. It can accommodate up to 9 people.
5 minutes walk from JR Takayama station and bus terminal. The old townscape and the morning market (Jinya-mae) are a 7-minute walk away, making it a great location for exploring Takayama.
Our Room
①Bunk bed & single bed
This room can accommodate up to 3 people.
There is an air conditioner and a desk. There are bed lights and outlets on each bedside.
②Double bed
This room can accommodate up to 2 people.
There is an air conditioner, a desk, and a single sofa. It is also ideal for co-sleeping with children.
③2 bunk beds
This room can accommodate up to 4 people.
There is an air conditioner. Each bedside has a bed light, an outlet, and an accessory case.
Accommodates up to 9 people
There are 3 rooms for 1 group only, so it is possible to use separate rooms for men and women, not only for groups and families, but also for multiple groups of friends and families.

●dining kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with simple cooking utensils such as an IH heater, refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster, water boiler, plates, cups, chopsticks, soup, and simple seasonings.
If you need anything else, please check in advance.
●Wash basin
There are two wash basins. Hairdryers, washing machines and dryers are also available.
Old materials from the time of renovation are used for the wall of the washbasin.
●shower & toilet
There are two showers and two toilets. The toilet has a washlet. The shower has a shower booth.
The wall of the toilet is made of old materials from the time of renovation.

It is an apartment-type inn that is limited to one group per day, but it is not possible to rent the entire building. The inn is on the second floor of the building.
There is a shop on the 1st floor and an apartment on the 3rd floor, so please be quiet at night.

★This is an apartment type inn, not a whole building. The 1st floor is a shop operated by another company, and the 3rd floor is an ordinary apartment, so please spend the night quietly.

①As the second guest house
In August 2011, he started Guest House Tomaru in Hida Takayama. 2023 will be the 12th year.
In February 2018, the second store and Marotto Hostel started. On the first floor, the cafe is operated all the way.
The owner couple is from Tokyo and Osaka and moved to Hida Takayama. Children were born in Takayama.
②DIY(解体)
Over 100 friends I met through Guest House Tomaru helped me with DIY, and the renovation of Tomarotto Hostel started in June 2017.
First of all, we will dismantle the walls that were originally there. It took more than two months just to dismantle it.
③DIY (Renovation)
After the dismantling is over, we will refurbish it, but we asked the construction company to do the walls and water around the room. Painting and plastering, making a bed, doing detailed DIY by themselves, it took 8 months to complete.
④Completion and new stage
With the help of many people, we started the hostel safely, but in 2020 the number of guests decreased sharply due to the corona virus, so we closed the cafe and lounge on the first floor and moved to an inn limited to one group per day on the second floor. and was forced to change. The cafe has moved to the lounge of the first guesthouse, Tomaru.
